Creating an Organization

Create an organization to collaborate with your team on game creation and management.

  • A DailyPlay account
  • You must be signed in

Click Organization in the navigation menu, or access it from the sidebar.

If you don’t have an organization yet, you’ll see the option to create one. Click Create Organization.

Enter your organization’s name. This will be displayed:

  • In the organization dashboard
  • To team members you invite
  • In some public contexts (depending on settings)

Examples:

  • Acme Studios
  • Brand X Marketing
  • Creative Agency Co.

Choose a unique URL identifier for your organization. This will be part of your organization’s URL.

Requirements:

  • Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
  • Must be unique across DailyPlay

Examples:

  • acme-studios
  • brand-x
  • creative-agency

Select the type that best describes your organization:

Enter your organization’s website URL (must include https://). This helps establish credibility and provides a link for team members.

If you have a promo code, toggle the field to enter it during creation. Promo codes can extend trial periods or unlock features.

Click Create Organization to finalize. You’ll be:

  • Assigned as the Owner
  • Redirected to your organization dashboard
  • Ready to invite team members

Once your organization is created:

Start building your team by inviting members:

  1. Go to the Members section
  2. Enter email addresses
  3. Assign appropriate roles
  4. Send invitations

Customize your organization:

  • Upload a logo and icon
  • Set brand colors, fonts, and tone
  • Configure notification preferences

Start creating branded games:

  1. Go to Create
  2. Select your organization as the owner
  3. Choose a template and customize

After creating your organization, you’ll be guided through a quick onboarding:

  1. Industry & Goals — Select your industry, objectives, audience size, and deployment targets
  2. Funnel Report — AI generates recommended funnel stages based on your inputs
  3. Brand Assets — Upload your logo/icon, set brand colors, fonts, and tone
  4. Artwork — Choose a game template and generate AI artwork
  5. Launch — Share your first game

You can skip steps and return to them later from organization settings.


Organization features are determined by your subscription plan. Visit your organization settings to view available plans and manage your subscription.



Try a more unique variation:

  • Add your location: acme-studios-nyc
  • Add a descriptor: acme-games

Select one of the available types: Brand, Agency, or Studio.

Ensure you’re signed in and have a verified email address.
