Creating an Organization
Create an organization to collaborate with your team on game creation and management.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A DailyPlay account
- You must be signed in
Step-by-Step Guide
Section titled “Step-by-Step Guide”1. Navigate to Organizations
Section titled “1. Navigate to Organizations”Click Organization in the navigation menu, or access it from the sidebar.
2. Start Creation
Section titled “2. Start Creation”If you don’t have an organization yet, you’ll see the option to create one. Click Create Organization.
3. Fill in Organization Details
Section titled “3. Fill in Organization Details”Organization Name
Section titled “Organization Name”Enter your organization’s name. This will be displayed:
- In the organization dashboard
- To team members you invite
- In some public contexts (depending on settings)
Examples:
- Acme Studios
- Brand X Marketing
- Creative Agency Co.
URL Slug
Section titled “URL Slug”Choose a unique URL identifier for your organization. This will be part of your organization’s URL.
Requirements:
- Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
- Must be unique across DailyPlay
Examples:

Organization Type
Section titled “Organization Type”Select the type that best describes your organization:

| Brand | Companies with their own customer base |
| Agency | Marketing/advertising agencies |
| Studio | Game studios, creative teams |
Website
Section titled “Website”Enter your organization’s website URL (must include https://). This helps establish credibility and provides a link for team members.
Promo Code (Optional)
Section titled “Promo Code (Optional)”If you have a promo code, toggle the field to enter it during creation. Promo codes can extend trial periods or unlock features.
4. Create the Organization
Section titled “4. Create the Organization”Click Create Organization to finalize. You’ll be:
- Assigned as the Owner
- Redirected to your organization dashboard
- Ready to invite team members
After Creation
Section titled “After Creation”Once your organization is created:
Invite Team Members
Section titled “Invite Team Members”Start building your team by inviting members:
- Go to the Members section
- Enter email addresses
- Assign appropriate roles
- Send invitations
Configure Settings
Section titled “Configure Settings”Customize your organization:
- Upload a logo and icon
- Set brand colors, fonts, and tone
- Configure notification preferences
Create Your First Game
Section titled “Create Your First Game”Start creating branded games:
- Go to Create
- Select your organization as the owner
- Choose a template and customize
Onboarding Flow
Section titled “Onboarding Flow”After creating your organization, you’ll be guided through a quick onboarding:
- Industry & Goals — Select your industry, objectives, audience size, and deployment targets
- Funnel Report — AI generates recommended funnel stages based on your inputs
- Brand Assets — Upload your logo/icon, set brand colors, fonts, and tone
- Artwork — Choose a game template and generate AI artwork
- Launch — Share your first game
You can skip steps and return to them later from organization settings.
Subscription Tiers
Section titled “Subscription Tiers”Organization features are determined by your subscription plan. Visit your organization settings to view available plans and manage your subscription.
